PSYNERGY in its initial consultation with you for your internship program will communicate to you what positions you are most likely appropriate for based on an assessment of your English level, qualifications and certifications, previous work experience and personal attributes and general attitude.
As part of your internship program you will not get to directly choose which hotel or resort or area you will work at, however PSYNERGY will consider your preferences and do its best to place you at a hotel or resort closest to your requirements, at its discretion; unless stated otherwise by the internship program you enroll in.
As part of your internship program you will not get to directly choose what position you will be applied for at a hotel or resort (except in the case of cooks/chefs); however, Psynergy will consider your preferences and do its best to provide you with an internship position that fits your requirements, based upon the initial consultation for your internship, at its discretion; unless stated otherwise by the internship program you enroll in.

Initial Screening
- To be conducted over the phone initially to ascertain if your English is sufficient for the program
Acceptance and Enrollment
- Based upon your initial interview, acceptance to enroll in the program will be advised directly or by your agent/educational institution.
- Internship fees as outlined directly or by your agent/educational institution will need to be paid prior to any work being done.
Initial Interview and Screening
- To be conducted over the phone, face to face or via Skype in Australia or abroad.
- Purpose is to find out more about you, your educational background, work experiences, English communication skills, career aspirations and expectations of the program.
Resume Preparation and Consulting
- Based upon your initial interview and consulting, information will be gathered so as to prepare your resume in a professional and readable format.
- You will be consulted about your general expectations of the program and preferences of location and type of position and provided with a general outline of hotels to which you may be applied too.
Interview and Training
- Once an interview or interviews are confirmed you will be provided with information and general training to ensure you have the best possible chance of passing your interview(s).
Onboarding and Documentation Review
- Upon passing the interview an in depth information session will be provided to you about your new job – rates of pay, things to prepare, paperwork to complete, food and accommodation and travel arrangements.
