Join us as a Night Kitchen Steward in XXXXnly Wolgan Valley Double Bay which is located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, close to Edgecliff station and the Double Bay Ferry terminal. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, the focus is to maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene as per HACCP standard. Provide clean operational service equipment to the food and beverage department in compliance with standard operating procedures and Health & Safety and hygiene regulations.

You’ll be an energetic and dedicated team player who is looking for an opportunity to develop your kitchen skills. Your shifts will be in the evenings and late nights.

• Has the  flexibility to work nights and over a 7 day roster
• Ideally has have previous experience in a kitchen and stewarding environment

• Approximate Annual Salary of $48,091 Gross
