Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will:
- Clean and service guest rooms to Hyatt's world-class standards, ensuring exceptional presentation
- Replenish amenities and supplies, including toiletries, linens, and in-room refreshments
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any concerns promptly
- Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently
- Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in pristine condition
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols in accordance with hotel standards
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments
- Ensure efficient room turnovers to support hotel operations

Requirements
Essential Requirements:
✅ English Proficiency: Intermediate level or higher (able to communicate effectively with guests and team members)
✅ Visa Requirements: Valid Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417/462) with minimum 6 months remaining
✅ Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shifts (physically demanding role)
✅ Availability: Flexible availability for part-time shifts, including weekends
Desirable Qualities:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
- Team player with positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Understanding of hygiene and safety standards
